Ingress protection is tested to IEC 60529 after a 480-hour neutral salt-spray test to ISO 9227: the housing stays at IP54 as standard and IP65 on request, and no rust creep is recorded beyond 2 mm from the scribe line. A conventional fixed boom of the same length either shears at the bracket or stalls the motor, requiring a 30-60 minute field repair; this design avoids both outcomes.

Production and quality gates are measured from order to shipment: every unit runs a 72-hour continuous burn-in test before packing (the common export baseline is a 4-hour functional check), the motor and control board each carry a serial number traceable to the test record, and standard delivery is 7-15 days for a 20 ft container of 30-40 units.
